Before female hair transplant and results after surgery

This woman developed thinning of her hairline and temple recessions after menopause. At the age of 54 years she had one hair transplant surgery to correct the most cosmetically significant region which included her frontal hairline zone and temple regions. The photos show her excellent results after one surgery of 1248 FU and 264 DFU. DFU (double follicular units) are a particularly excellent tool for increasing density in female patients, who have some pre-existing hair and need extra volume. They are utilized behind a zone of single follicular units, to help achieve a gradient of density.
