Young man with fairly advanced MPB, after one surgery to the frontal half including future areas of loss

This 36 year old man had extensive hair loss and had chosen to wear a very short haircut to make his thinning and alopecic areas less apparent. He had already been taking finasteride for 8 years and felt it was no longer helping him. He had one surgery, which because of his very dense donor hair, yielded 2446 FU. Approximately 1/3 of the grafts were placed in regions which still had existing hair that was destined to be lost with age. He later returned to cover the posterior region of his scalp.
