Margaret Zakhary, PA-C
Margaret Zakhary, PA-C is a board certified Physician Associate with more than twenty years of clinical experience and a specialized focus on the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss. She treats patients using both surgical and non surgical hair restoration techniques and is known for her highly individualized, evidence based approach to care.
She is currently a fellow in the Evidence Based Hair Fellowship, a global two year program dedicated entirely to the science of hair disorders and widely regarded as one of the most comprehensive training programs in hair medicine. The fellowship brings together leading physicians, surgeons, and researchers from around the world who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss.
Margaret regularly travels internationally to continue advancing her training and to stay current with the latest evidence based developments in hair restoration. She has also trained other medical providers in PRP techniques and in the medical and procedural management of hair loss.
Her background includes concierge medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, where she developed a strong foundation in personalized, patient centered care. She believes strongly in identifying the root cause of hair loss for each patient and tailoring treatment accordingly.
Her passion for treating hair loss is deeply personal. After experiencing significant hair loss herself at the age of ten, she developed a lifelong commitment to helping others restore both their hair and their confidence.
