This woman came to see Dr. Unger at the age of 38 years. According to the patient, she had been suffering from hair loss since puberty. She was diagnosed and treated for hypothyroidism since the age of 25 years, and has also battled her weight for many years. She presented with a mildly widened part-line and thinning in her frontal region behind an intact hairline. Although her degree of hair loss was not severe – the patient wanted to be pro-active. One surgery of 1516 FU was performed. The patients was very happy with the results shown 11 months after surgery.
