Before one surgery with limited donor hair and one year later
This 70 year old woman had very severe hair loss, with limited donor hair availability. In consulatation Dr Robin Unger emphasized the need for expectations to be limited, given her marginal candidacy for surgery. Furthermore she was advised that most probably only the anterior-most frontal hairline zone could be treated with cosmetic density, and a hairpiece would likely be needed further posterior to that. Surprisingly we were able to harvest 1699 FU (400 were made into DFU which was particularly good for her hair quality). Her results a year later, without any hairpiece, were remarkable.
