Male transplant surgery

Before first surgery to thicken frontal region. Ten months later

At the age of 43 years, this man had a surgery with another surgeon. He was pleased with the procedure, but as he lost more hair, he realized it was insufficient coverage and future areas of loss had not been addressed at all. Eight years later, Dr. Robin Unger did one surgery to cover the entire frontal two thirds (including future areas of loss). His density was slightly lower than average and the old scar was removed as part of the harvest. The surgery yielded 1870FU and 103DFU. The patient was very pleased with the results and opted to do a second surgery to treat the midscalp in a similar manner.
