Before hair transplant surgery and results

This woman was first seen at the age of 57 years. She was 4 years post-menopausal and had noticed considerable thinning in her frontal and caudal areas. On exam she did have obvious thinning, but it was not so severe that it would be evident to the average person – nevertheless she had felt very self-conscious. When her hair was wet the thinning was even more noticeable. She had an excellent donor density that yielded 1780 FU. The difference after surgery left her feeling as though she “just didn’t have to think about it so much”…..
