Hair Transplant in Pre-Existing Hair
A 62 year old gentleman wanted to recreate his frontal region and thicken his other areas of thinning. He wanted to be certain he wouldn’t have to “keep coming back” as he lost more hair. In the initial consult he was told he would need two surgeries to treat the current and future areas of loss in the frontal two-thirds. He also chose to begin Finasteride treatment for the vertex region. His first surgery consisted of 1215FU and 400DFU and his second surgery yielded 916 FU, 221 DFU and 65 slots.
